A new opportunity to join a well established Exhibition Design Company; they provide a full range of exhibition related services worldwide to end users and design agencies within aerospace, pharmaceutical and retail industries, working with the leading brands within these sectors.
Due to their ongoing success, this exhibition company is now recruiting an experienced self-motivated Project Manger to join their close knit team. The role would involve handling a number of large-scale and complex projects whilst continuously building key relationships with clients.
Roles Includes;
• Liason with organisers, contractors and clients in all aspects of exhibition planning through to implementation.
• Sourcing of all contractors, approval of quotes
• Ability to read technical drawings (experience of adobe illustrator useful)
• Onsite supervision of contractors
• Health and Safety management onsite
• Onsite client support and central point of contact
• Budget management
• Post Exhibition financials, invoicing, additional costs, communicating with in house accounts department
• Ability to multi task between small and multi project exhibitions
The Project Managers role would be to co-ordinate all areas of the exhibition, from planning through to delivery of each project. Extensive overseas travel is required including weekends and bank holidays. The ideal candidate will be eager to take a hands on approach whilst overseeing each project.
