Our client is an industry leading technical production company. With their head office based in Wiltshire, they have invested heavily in equipment and resources to develop the business within the events industry.



Working with a mixture of end clients and agencies the events that they deliver are broad and range from a small conference to a full production of an awards ceremony for 2000 guests, to a multi venue road show and exhibitions, working both in the UK and internationally.



They now have an opportunity for an experienced events industry professional to join their busy team as Operations Manager, leading a team of four warehouse and technical staff.



Skills required include;



Logistical and Crew Management - control of all company vehicles, equipment and booking of crew.

Line Management experience

Ability to work autonomously, managing own workload and multi-tasking

Interpreting quotes with strong technical knowledge, communicating ideas and suggestions with Sales and Project Managers.

Up to date knowledge of all Health and Safety and VOSA regulations

Ability to maximise efficiency within the operations team, utilising all kit, crew and vehicles - before external suppliers are used

Strong Communication skills





The ideal candidate will have strong technical and Project Management experience looking to take the next step in their career - taking on more responsibility and the opportunity to lead an expanding department in an established company.
