Our client is a medical comms company with two Southern UK offices as well as a global reach due to being part of one of the world’s largest healthcare communications networks. From a small start over ten years ago this agency just keep going from strength to strength, they just keep on winning business, growing their services and winning awards! The services include product launch strategies and brand revitalization and events are becoming an ever-bigger part of what they do - including ad boards, symposia, launch events and roadshows.
As part of this ongoing success there is now an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join their client services team and be tasked with strategic account growth. Working closely with the Director of Client Services and the business development team, this role is focused upon two areas, building strategic relationships with named key accounts and ensuring that pitch responses meet brief objectives and project delivery is flawless every time.
The Account Manager’s responsibilities include:
• Regular liaison with clients and remaining a constant point of contact throughout any projects
• Developing an in depth understanding of the client and the business issues facing them
• Being involved in developing existing business and growing new business through pitches and presentations
• Overseeing projects to ensure that from brainstorming to delivery, the events are in line with the client’s wider vision
Currently working as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager in a med ed / med comms agency you will have proven experience in deepening client relationships and managing internal delivery teams from pitch through to completion.
