My client is an award winning full service agency in the North West delivering live events from product launches, incentive travel schemes and conferences for up to 1500 delegates both in the UK and internationally. They are one of the region’s leading agencies and work across a range of blue chip clients within various industries including IT, finance, pharmaceutical and health and beauty.
They are looking to recruit two Event Executives due to recent internal promotions within two of their dedicated account teams. Events worked on include global congresses, ad boards, investigator meetings and conferences as well as events for non-pharma clients. Working closely with the Account Manager you will be responsible for liaising with clients, managing budgets, venue and supplier liaison and attending events to ensure that they run smoothly and to budget. You will manage your own projects from start to finish and oversee the work of more junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have experience organising pharmaceutical events within an agency environment, be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers and clients equally. If you don’t have pharma experience, but have run your own events from concept to completion in an agency environment, then I would love to hear from you.
