SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER (large scale events)
Surrey, England
Based in fabulous offices in Surrey this agency just keeps winning business, winning awards and going from strength to strength, and it is for this reason they are recruiting an experienced Production Manager to join their team and mentor less experienced Production Managers whilst still getting hands on with some of the agencies biggest events.
The events themselves are generally large scale, high profile projects including experiential, outdoor, exhibition and awards shows - each being usually technically complex and logistically challenging, demanding extensive pre production work from the initial big idea through to on site.
The Senior Production Managers role is broad, but would include;
- Developing the production team
- Directly managing or overseeing projects
- Client contact
- Technical specification
- Budgeting
- Supplier selection and management
- Attending site meetings
- Organising and booking freelance staff
- All Pre-production scheduling
- On site management
This role would be ideal for either a Production Manager with agency experience, or a Senior AV Project Manager who wants to take the next step in their career within a cutting edge creative agency.
