If you want to get an event manager role with one of the world’s largest healthcare communications agencies Live Recruitment has the ideal brief. The client offers a full range of range of communications services from medical writers, designers, digital media experts, exhibition and event managers. They are now seeking an Account Executive to join their Event Management Division within their London office.

Working within the Client Services Department, you will be assisting the Senior Account Directors in the logistics of major events held both in the UK and overseas. One day you could be working on a large investigator meeting, the next day a VIP advisory board. Your duties will be wide and varied and will include:

· Completion of all relevant project documentation throughout the life of the event
· Attendance at client and internal meetings / producing minutes
· General event administration
· Proactive client liaison
· Assistance with all budget management and budget tracking
· Preparation of proposals and costs including the sourcing of great venues and suppliers
· Research of the market to ensure the New Business team are aware of changes in the pharmaceutical environment.
· General day to date administration
