INFORMATION & SALES MANAGER: Birmingham, West Midlands

An important Birmingham-based venue is looking for an Information & Sales Manager to run its busy box office team. The venue plays host to a vast number of national and international events and is an award-winning development with a wealth of facilities including excellent catering and restaurant.

If you have excellent sales, management and administrative skills this job could be just the ticket. In addition the right candidate for the job needs to have people management skills with the ability to motivate their team to achieve sales targets.

Experience in managing a box office within the arts/entertainment field, a call centre that processes financial transactions or a comparable arena; supervision of a team; experience of sales reporting and of systems management; experience of cash-handling and financial processing are all essential for this job in the events and entertainments industry.
