Use you event experience in an office-based position for one of the biggest AV companies!

Our client travels the world delivering highly complex AV solutions for a huge variety of corporate events and large-scale public awards shows and festivals. They have a huge inventory of high-end AV equipment including, lighting, sound, projection and LED and some of the most experienced Project Managers in the business.

Due to their ongoing expansion there is now an opportunity for someone to join their team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of all of their events.

Working with each of the Project Managers the Crew Co-ordinator is responsible for;

- Assessing the freelance requirements for each event
- Searching their internal database
- Booking freelancers
- Sending event information
- Booking costs against each project
