Live Recruitment was founded six years ago by James Walton.

After 15 years working in events and production companies, James had reached a senior level, but was continually frustrated by the poor service he was getting from recruitment agencies. They didn’t understand the people, skills and experience necessary for working in events. Many of them didn’t know the industry or important technical terms; others would send streams of unqualified people. There had to be a better way.

So James took a deep breath and set up Live Recruitment with a phone and a laptop.
