AV OPERATIONS MANAGER - Oxfordshire, England
Having survived (and even grown) the last twelve months this AV Company is now looking for and Operations Manager to join their team and oversee the day-to-day organisation of their AV delivery.
The events that they deliver are hugely diverse and could be a simple dry hire of a plasma screen through to the end-to-end production of a large-scale car launch.
Managing a team of four Warehouse / Technicians the Operations Manager’s role is broad, and includes;
- Making sure the equipment is tested and prepared for dispatch
- Managing the maintenance and repairs where necessary
- Organise X-hires and freelancers
- Ensuring the warehouse is organised and efficient
This is a great opportunity for a project Manager or Senior Technician who is looking for an office-based position where they can use their AV and organisation skills to lead and develop a team within a stable and growing AV Company.
