They are now seeing an Account Director/Senior Project Manager to join their talented team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading automotive brands where you will manage a diverse range of large scale global projects.
As Account Director/Senior Project Manager, you will leading client contact and managing a wide range of innovative events from brief through to on site, including;
Initial brief taking
Proposal creation and pitch
Mentoring junior members of the team
Venue searching, including effective negotiation and contract details
Managing key accounts
Supplier selection and management
Liaising with internal teams to ensure project briefs are followed accurately
Full event logistics including delegate registration
Budget management and reconciliation
On-site event management
Candidates must have agency experience and have a proven background of delivering both UK and international events from concept to completion, including full budget reconciliation. Exposure to a broad range of events would be highly beneficial however we are looking for candidates who are naturally innovative and have the creative flair to think outside the box, making each event as unique as the last!

Our client is now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to be based at their workshop premises in the West Midlands. This role is an integral part of the team with the successful candidate being responsible for driving the corporate sales activity. The role would suit somebody who likes to work within a small team with a smaller business, however has big ideas and a lot of ambition.
Proactively unearthing new business opportunities (cold calling, networking, client meetings, show walking etc.)
Working strategically to develop the pipeline of newly confirmed business
Developing and nurturing client relationships
Preparing client facing proposals and pitching
Providing accurate reporting of data
Working closely with the Director to ensure consistency in operations and service
Liaising very closely with the Designer to ensure client briefs are met
Keeping up to date with industry trends, the market and competitors
At least 3 years' experience of sales and business development in the exhibitions industry
A proven track record of sales achievements that can be discussed in depth during an interview process
Must be interested to work within a small and close knit team and be genuinely enthusiastic about growing with a business
Ambition is key and you must be keen to manage your own success to an extent, commission will be uncapped.
Must be friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking; personality will be vital within this position given the structure and nature of the business.

EVENT TEAM ACCOUNT MANAGER - events agency
An exclusive role working for a global agency has become available to lead the team on one of their high profile accounts, overseeing an annual programme of complex international events and developing further the client relationship.
With a pedigree in delivering a host of large scale events on a truly global scale, this is the agency to work for! Their client base focusses on the healthcare industry and they touch all areas of the events spectrum from small meetings and ad boards to global congresses and everything in between. Due to some exciting and on-going growth they are now seeking a dedicated Event Team Account Manager to lead a busy account and oversee some fantastic international events, as well as developing a busy team of Event Managers.
As an Event Team Account Manager you will be working alongside the Account Director and being the main point of contact for the key client stakeholders. You will be managing a dedicated team, who will be delivering pharmaceutical events on an international scale.
The range of duties will include:
* Managing the key client stakeholders and developing relationships
* Ensuring the client and the agency processes are adhered to

A strong commercial acumen and strength in budgets, contract negotiation and financials is also key. This is a highly demanding client with a busy team, so line management experience would also be key.
