THE ROLE
This Events Agency seeks an Accounts/Event Manager to join its vibrant, hardworking team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing multiple projects within the live events industry, demonstrating proficiency in organizing conferences, awards ceremonies, dinners, product launches, and more. This pivotal role involves overseeing event logistics from conception to execution, collaborating closely with directors on key accounts, and fostering client relationships.
The chosen candidate will spearhead the organization and management of numerous events, exhibiting a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Working collaboratively with the team, they will uphold This Events Agency's reputation for excellence, ensuring seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Manage Event Management software systems and production/AV equipment
Ensure timely and budget-conscious event delivery, exceeding client expectations
Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members
Cultivate client and supplier relationships, driving growth and satisfaction
Provide leadership, direction, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative work environment
Travel to client meetings, site inspections, and events as required
Manage project budgets and ensure quality delivery, prioritizing customer satisfaction
Support company Key Accounts and collaborate with directors on account acquisition
Innovate event planning processes and contribute to post-event analysis and planning
