Huge to recent growth they are now looking a Project Manager to come on board and join their lively team to work across their AV projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Working alongside the Operations Manager
Managing events from brief to completion
Managing event budgets
Creating technical drawings using CAD
Technically specifying audio visual equipment
Event logistics - booking travel and accommodation
Technically specifying AV equipment
Managing freelancers both onsite and within the workshop
Identifying new business opportunities
Client and customer communication
Onsite delivery and support
The ideal candidate will have a excellent knowledge of audio visual equipment and have worked within an audio visual supplier or event/production agency with a in depth knowledge of live events and exhibitions. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and you must be organised and have a flexible work ethic due to early mornings, late nights and long days.
** Please note due to location you must also have a full UK driving licence **

AV WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a fantastic production agency where you'll be working across a number of exciting projects.
Working within the UK and Europe, this well-established production agency deliver offer a range of services including lighting, audio and visual solutions as well as staging and scenic construction. Working on both corporate and private projects such as award ceremonies, exhibitions and creative parties, this agency is going from strength to strength.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be taking the lead in running their busy warehouse with responsibilities including:
Overseeing the general management of the warehouse
Preparing, checking and loading kit for events
Managing a team technicians
Managing equipment stock levels
Testing and maintaining technical kit (incl. PAT tests)
Implementing efficiencies and organisation of the warehouse
Managing kit shortfall or unavailability
Supporting the operations team and project managers
Overseeing the external sub-hire equipment process
Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will come from an AV supply company or technical production agency with experience of managing an AV warehouse environment. Solid knowledge of technical equipment across the full AV spectrum is essential. Candidates must be a team player and have the confident to implement efficiencies and guide the wider team on warehouse processes.
