The Role
Due to an increase in business and a busy forward events calendar there is now a need for an Event Proposals Manager to join their close knit team. Sitting within and working closely with their events team this is a broad role with responsibilities including:
• Creating proposals for both new business and existing clients
• Working closely with internal teams to fully understand the clients’ brief
• Involvement in the brainstorming for creative event concepts
• Preparation of costing proposals including negotiation with suppliers
• Researching destinations and venues for events
• Ensuring proposals are on brief, in budget, and delivered on time
• Collating bespoke event proposals into a presentable format
• Keeping updated on venue and market trends, and new innovations
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating event proposals, with a well-established knowledge of global venues and destinations. Candidates will have ideally came from a similar role or from a role in which creating proposals was an integral part of it. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail, and proven ability to work under tight deadlines are also essential, as is a high degree of competence on powerpoint. Any pitching experience would also be beneficial.

The Role
Their continued growth means that they are now looking for an experienced Creative Producer, to work closely with their content and technical teams, driving all commercial sales activity whilst ensuring the projects are in line with their target audience.
Duties will include:
• Own the design and aesthetic of products, services and brands across the business
• Focus on all video, graphics and animation, with inputs into print and digital design
• Primarily focus on external “products”, whilst supporting in-house projects and marketing
• Work with R&D/technical team to research, ideate, create and productionise new products
• Focus on creative, but with a strong understanding of day-to-day operational/delivery media production pipeline
• Manage a small team of in-house creatives
• Help put in place the systems/processes/training for long-term success
• Manage multiple projects and ensure effective workflows
• Develop creative briefs, content ideas, mood-boards, video, scripts, etc.
• Arrange locations, casting, props, equipment for shoots
• Driving relationships with key partners
• Collaborating with all departments within the company
• Working at Senior Management level

The Role
Due to really exciting growth plans, there is now an opportunity for a Senior Event Project Manager / Director with a background in live events and communications. Managing large scale projects and campaigns and overseeing the team delivery across smaller projects; responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing projects from initial brief to completion
- Ensuring that all projects come in on time and within budget
- Working on pitches and tenders for major projects
- Resource planning across the project teams
- Project planning and process management
- On-going development and management of a team of Project Managers
- Ad hoc hands on project management
- Large scale budget management and reconciliation
The Candidate
Event projects will be the majority of projects delivered however there are also video, digital and design projects that you will need to oversee and an understanding of the broader comms mix is absolutely crucial for this role. the ideal candidte will be working within an event agency with production in-house.
