Due to their on-going success they are now recruiting a Lighting Project Manager to join their successful and ambitious team who will use their technical knowledge (specifically lighting) and client facing experience to think up and deliver creative projects from start to finish! You will also supply specialist lighting design and technical support services in the pre-production and onsite delivery of live events.

Due to recent growth they are now looking for a Lighting Project Manager to come on board and join their lively team to support across their exciting projects!
Your key responsibilities will include:
Producing a number of CAD drawings/renders of lighting designs
Providing technical support across a range of events and festivals
Producing technical quotations
Managing technical projects from start to finish
Troubleshooting equipment prior to events taking place
Line managing Lighting Technicians
Managing lighting budgets
Booking crew for events
Helping identify potential equipment purchases
Taking responsibility of technical equipment repairs
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within lighting design and project management from either an audio visual or production company. You will also have strong client facing skills and be confident to lead a team of technicians. Experience using CAD and/or Wysiwyg is essential.
Previous experience working on festivals/ large scale music events would be best suited to this position.

As part of their ongoing success and growth there is now the opportunity for a Production Manager to help specify, procure and manage the delivery of all production and technical services for event and exhibition projects.
Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, this is a broad role which includes:
Providing production, technical & commercial input and advice to pitch teams
Determining the most appropriate production solutions
Provide support on material and equipment specifications as needed.
Supplier sourcing, vetting, negotiations and management
Working with the Project Manager to create project timelines, on site schedules, transport schedules and cash flow forecasts.
Work with the Project Manager to produce detailed and accurate project budgets
Overseeing the creation and amends for design concepts, technical drawings and graphic specification documents
On-site management of contractors during the build and dismantle phases.
Provide on-site support to clients during show days when required.
Provide support and advice to junior team members.
Creating, maintaining and managing the H&S plan for projects, including induction of all staff and suppliers and reporting during build, live and dismantle phases.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing and delivering exhibition projects, within an agency. You will need a solid understand of scenic manufacturing processes and technical production best practice for events & exhibitions is essential. Candidates must client facing and used to working with internal production teams. You must be open to international travel, have an appetite for progression and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a fast growing creative agency.
