THE ROLEOwing to the exceptional growth of their team, this business is now looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join and work very closely with the Head of Production to lead the production and technical team in delivering audio visual solutions for expos, corporate events and live productions. Driving company development including streamlining processes and improving standardsOversight of technical teams in various locations as well as onsiteProviding strategic and operational leadership of the technical departmentOversight of all technical projects and ensuring excellent qualityProactively identifying opportunities to enhance onsite technologyManaging and directing workload for the technical departmentStock/inventory managementReporting back to the senior leadership teamManaging P & L for the departmentClient management as required THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this Senior Technical Manager role, you will have proven expertise in managing technical departments within the events sector. You will be a people person and able to engage effectively with internal teams, global clients and stakeholders.
