Live Recruitment's Diversity Report provides key diversity, equity and inclusivity (DEI) metrics for the UK Events Industry using our network of 40,000+ event professionals. This edition focusses solely on the event sales sector.
Live Recruitment are proud to announce the launch of their brand-new Diversity Report that covers the event sales sector within the UK events industry. The report will give an overall insight into the diversity, equity and inclusivity (DEI) of the UK events industry as well as looking at individual sectors, including; conference and exhibition organisers, event and production agencies, tech suppliers and venues.
The report is generated using anonymising software that collates information from Live Recruitment’s network of 40,000+ event professionals and evaluates key metrics within the events industry. Metrics currently include gender, ethnic group, age, seniority and current vs desired salaries.
These metrics are due to be expanded for future reports as the data matures to include; neurodiversity, disability, sexual orientation, education, parental education, and carer responsibilities.
