Commercial Ownership & Performance Own the commercial performance of assigned accounts, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved.Negotiate fees and contractual terms, manage scope to protect profitability, and identify opportunities for additional work and upsell across projects.Brief Scoping, Proposals & ContractingScope client briefs thoroughly, defining deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, and exclusions.Develop Statements of Work and costings in collaboration with the Event Management teamSupport contract negotiations and implement change control processes for scope variations. Project Oversight & Collaboration Maintain oversight of projects delivered by the Event Management team, ensuring clear handovers from scoping to delivery.Monitor timelines, budgets, and client expectationsAttend key planning meetings and lead client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Onsite Leadership & Financial Governance Attend key live events as the senior client contact where required, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed scope and contractual commitments.Oversee project budgets, margin tracking, invoicing schedules, reconciliations, and support forecasting and operational improvements.
