With a growing client base and a passionate team there has never been a better time for an Event Delegate Registration Coordinator to come on boardThe RoleDue to on-going business wins we are now seeking an Event Delegate Registration Coordinator  to join their growing events team.  As a key member of this dedicated team, you will work closely with Project Managers and Producers and be responsible for building registration websites, mobile apps, data management etc. and overall support to the Project Management team for in-person, virtual and hybrid events.This is a broad role where the Event Delegate Registration Coordinator will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including;  Build and manage a diverse range of meetings, conferences and  virtual events on behalf of clients.Event registration websites and event appsSupport the team with managing event inboxes, making amends to websites, pulling delegate reports, taking call notes and general event adminAssist with event logistics across client events, including arranging and booking travel and accommodationWorking closely with internal teams - production, creative, video etc.Liaise with third parties including venues and suppliersProvide support across multiple concurrent projects (UK and international)  The CandidateCandidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Delegate Registration Coordinator with a passion for events and all things digital!  If you have a general interest in delegate management systems, data, and website development, a professional email and telephone manner then we need youIf you are proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, customer-focused at all times with a solid understanding of how event technologies can be utilised at events then we need you! In return you get the opportunity to join a leading agency a forge a career for yourself in the world of digital events!
