You will work and manage across a dedicated global drinks brand and have the responsibility of developing engaging events to a large number of consumers The RoleDue to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Project Manager to join their growing events team. This is a hands on role where you will take key point of contact from the initial brief, developing compelling proposals through to delivering projects on-site. This is a broad role where the Event Project Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including; Taking the initial client briefEnd to end project managementDelivering multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking closely with in-house teams including creative, design and buildBriefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholdersManaging & communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elementsAdhering to health and safety regulationsManaging budgets and overseeing cost managementOn-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down The CandidateCandidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Project Manager, delivering brand activations or experiential campaignsThe ideal candidate will need to have clear account management capabilities alongside experience of delivering projects end-end within a production agency.
