Strong client-facing communication skills are essential, alongside excellent organisation, budgeting and supplier management experience. Applicants should also possess a solid understanding of AV and live event logistics, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively and remain calm under pressure during live environments. Experience leading teams or supporting on-site event delivery is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable, with the flexibility to travel internationally and work outside standard office hours when required.
