Known for its innovative approach and attention to detail, the company continues to set new standards for creativity and execution within the global events industry. The Role Their growing team is now ready for the addition of a Event Production Manager who will be responsible for the end to end ownership of production delivery across a portfolio of luxe events for a unique clientele! As Event Production Manager you will be responsible for: -          Lead production planning for UK and international events-          Translate client briefs into practical production plans-          Lead client relationships as main production contact-          Oversee the delivery of all technical production elements-          Carry out client meetings and site visits-          Ensure all health & safety compliance requirements are met-          Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, suppliers and venues-          Manage large production budgets, ensuring cost control and project profitability-          Oversee onsite delivery from build to de-rig-          Support team development and contribute to pitches, proposals and business growth.-          Manage multiple projects simultaneously The Candidate We're seeking candidates who have a solid event production background; this will ideally come from a production agency environment however candidates from luxury event venues or other backgrounds may also be considered. A knowledge of all production disciplines (audio, lighting, rigging, scenic, etc.) is required but most importantly, we are looking for candidates who ae highly experienced in a client facing role; experience dealing with high profile or luxury clients would be of added benefit.
