The Event Project Executive will support Project Managers in the delivery of a wide variety of events. Responsibilities will include:
Managing small projects from brief to delivery
Acting as a point of client contact
Processing event enquiries and preparing proposals
Working closely with external suppliers and key stakeholders
Sourcing venues, entertainment and flight options
Managing event logistics
Developing event budgets and reconciling
Supporting the team with onsite delivery - UK and internationally
Attending team meetings and industry events
The ideal candidate should have experience working within an events role, ideally from within an agency environment, both supporting across larger projects and managing smaller projects from end to end.

As Event Coordinator you will initially assist in the organisation of their event projects with the view to eventually take full responsibility of your own event portfolio.
Managing general event administration and support
Holding responsibility for your own projects - conferences, dinners, exhibitions
Acting as a key point of exhibitor, speaker and sponsor contact
Preparing and updating floor plans
Organising various requirements such as catering, furniture, AV, etc.
Coordinating logistics such as travel and accommodation for the event team
Liaising with external suppliers
Collaborating with other internal departments within the business
Providing onsite delivery support - often internationally
We are looking for proactive and ambitious candidates who are eager to develop their career within the event industry. Most backgrounds will be considered however all candidates must have some exposure and experience within the event industry - this can be from a placement year or an administrative role within an event focused setting. A background from within a conference or exhibition organiser environment would be advantageous.

As part of their ongoing success and growth there is now the opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support the operations team in the successful delivery of projects.
Supporting on multiple projects simultaneously, this is a broad role which includes:
Creating event and team schedules and timelines
Assisting with large event logistics
Booking team travel and accommodation
Organising team meetings for Operations department. Agenda setting, note taking, sharing of action points
Requesting and collating feedback from suppliers and internal departments
Providing office support for team members' onsite, duties such as raising POs and sourcing additional items.
Working with the wider team and the remote warehouse to arrange smooth of delivery and receiving of goods to and from the warehouse facility
Working on creating and sending of commercial invoicing to world-wide shipping agents
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting on events, ideally gained from working within an event agency, although other background will be considered. You must be able to communicate efficiently and work across multiple projects at one time. You will ideally be open to international travel, have an appetite for progression and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a fast growing creative agency.
