Event & Exhibition Manager
Full Time, Venue Based Role (Ad Hoc WFH)

The Role
As Event & Exhibition Manager you will oversee the operational delivery of exhibitions and events across a purpose-built multispace venue, working closely with a long-standing client base to ensure every event runs smoothly from planning through to close.
- Manage end-to-end event operations across multiple concurrent bookings
- Act as primary operational contact for clients throughout each Event & Exhibition Manager-led event
- Coordinate exhibition orgnaisers and exhibitors
- Oversee on-site delivery during event days, including evening and weekend shifts
- Liaise with internal teams across sales, front of house and operations
- Maintain venue standards across all event spaces throughout the year
The Candidate
You will have solid event operations experience, with a track record of managing logistics across multiple events at once. Flexibility for evening and occasional weekend shifts is essential, as is the confidence to manage client relationships on site. The kind of capability that makes a strong Event & Exhibition Manager. A background in B2B exhibitions or multi-space venue operations is beneficial but not essential. Candidates coming from exhibition halls or busy venue teams are all encouraged to apply. What matters most is end to end event operational capability and a client-first approach.
