An established yet growing events, experiential and brand activation agency, with a European HQ, this agency works with some amazing brands in the FMCG, alcohol, sports and technology sectors to deliver a huge range of integrated campaigns and events – always with a live element – to corporate and consumer audiences.
They are regularly nominated for different industry awards and are full service with their departments including creative, studio, experiential and corporate events as well as digital and social. THE ROLE
With new and exciting growth within the portfolio of their London office, we are now recruiting a Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join their vibrant events team. You will ideally have experience of working in a similar event and communications agency with experience liaising with clients, pitching, managing logistics and reconciling budgets with responsibilities including:
• Account and client management
• Coming up with new and innovative ideas for events
• Proposal creation and pitch
• Working with the client at the initial brief stage
• Managing new and existing client relationships
• Project scheduling and administration
• Working with internal teams and external suppliers
• Regularly updating clients with progress and project reports
• Budget management and cost negotiations
• Overseeing junior team members and interns
THE CANDIDATE
The agency are looking for someone who always puts quality first, is an expert at juggling multiple deadlines as well as possessing communication and relationship development skills that are second to none. Candidates must come with agency experience as well as a solid background in event delivery and pithing for business.
