As an Account Director you will play a pivotal role within the agency, covering a broad remit of account development and overseeing delivery. With the support of an account management team and senior members of the agency the Account Director's responsibilities are broad and cover:
* Managing budgets ensuring that campaigns are delivered on brief and within budget
* Growing accounts through building strong and trusting client relationships
* Developing over-arching campaign strategy that delivers results, whatever the channel
* Think outside the box and embrace new campaign strategies and technologies
* Mentoring and developing account managers / account executives
The ideal candidate comes with med comms agency experience at either Senior Account Manager or Account Director level, have managed and grown your own accounts as well as managed the delivery of digital projects globally.
