Vowing to work from the root of any campaign - this agency aim to really 'get under the skin' of their clients and offer a full 360 strategic plan. Advising clients ultimately on their brand positioning, they develop creative content, video, infographics and websites.

With a strong presence in the technology, legal, construction, financial services and property sectors to name just a few - they really do banish the stigma around the typically staid B2B agency environment.

Based in Central London, they are now looking to double the size of their team in the next 2/3 years.

The Role

Due to continued growth, the London team are undergoing a mass of recruitment, looking particularly for Senior Account Managers and Account Directors

In this Account Director role, you will be responsible for:

- Taking client briefs and building vital client relationships
- Understanding the client needs and devising a strategy
- Mentoring an Account Executive/ Account Manager
- Approving all written content before release
- Preparing proposals and delivering new business pitches
- Compiling client reports and post campaign analysis

The Account Director Candidate

We are looking for a highly ambitious and forward thinking individual. They will need to have the following:

- Experience delivering B2B PR campaigns (knowledge of integrated campaigns would be a bonus)
- Experience working with professional services clients is vital
- A strong strategic background with the ability to solve problems
- Experience mentoring or line managing would be useful
