THE ROLE

This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a friendly and experienced team in a highly successful agency, working in a rewarding role with great earning potential!

Due to their on-going expansion, there is now an opportunity for a Hire Desk Coordinator to join their close knit and supportive team. A hybrid role, the ideal candidate will work with the client from their initial AV Hire enquiry through to the day of their event.

Taking and interpreting clients event expectations
Client liaison
Translating the technical jargon into language that they will understand
Budget management
Managing crew logistics including travel and accommodation
Upselling of equipment and internal departments
Booking equipment from external suppliers
Working with in-house teams to coordinator jobs
Managing transport
Ad-hoc administration duties

THE CANDIDATE

This role would be ideal for an AV Technician or Hire Desk Coordinator with delivery experience looking to take that next step and progress their career in this technical production company.
