THE ROLE
Due to continued success, they are looking for a Client Account Manager to nurture long term relationships with their end clients while providing excellent customer service to ensure successful project delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing excellent customer service
• Nurturing long term client relationships
• Taking client briefs and understanding requirements
• Delivering presentations and attending client meetings
• Working closely alongside internal departments
• Project and account management administration
• Managing multiple projects at once
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you will be a positive and enthusiastic character, who strives to achieve deadlines and is receptive to new or changing ideas and circumstances.
