THE ROLE

As Client Services Director you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Directors whilst also heading up a number of key client accounts. Responsibilities includes:

-Leading on pitches for new business opportunities
-Taking ownership of a number of key accounts
-Coordinating the day to day management of these accounts
-Line managing a team of Account Directors
-Ensuring effective project and process delivery across the team
-Supporting Account Directors with client growth across their individual accounts
-Managing resourcing of pitches and capacity across the team
-Working closely with other internal head of departments
-Holding oversight of budget processes


THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of working at a senior level within an agency based client services role. Team management experience is key as is the ability to guide on processes and resourcing across a busy team. We are also looking for high level experience of managing and developing key client accounts.
