Their projects are diverse spanning experiential, conferencing, expo and luxury private events as well as audio branding and music caution services. More recently bringing digital capabilities in house they have become adept in managing virtual and hybrid projects involving live streaming, event platforms, AR, VR and audio reality alongside their live events.

THE ROLE
As Comms Account Director you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of exciting clients and working on existing marketing and comms strategies whilst also holding a pivotal role in pitching for new business. Responsibilities are broad and will include:

  • Managing and developing key client accounts and relationships
  • Embedding comms services within existing live experience accounts
  • Producing and delivering pitches for new and existing clients
  • Conceptualising and implementing comms strategies across varied accounts
  • Developing and delivering marketing strategies across the full marketing mix
  • Leading creative concept development
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders for project delivery
  • Reporting on campaign performance and ROI through analysis
  • Holding financial accountability for each client account
  • Leading a small team including line management


THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates with a marketing or communications agency background who demonstrate the ability to effectively manage client relationships and deliver creative marketing strategies at a senior level. Extensive knowledge across both B2B and B2C marketing is required along with excellent marketing skills including strategy planning, copywriting, content creation and project management. Experience managing a team and using various marketing tools are also essential.
