THE COMPANY

Our client is an independent, fast growing business who organise conferences and exhibitions within the energy sector.

With nearly 20 years of experience in organising events in emerging markets, this business will oversee the entire event cycle, from the planning stages to project completion.

With services to include sales and marketing, event logistics and programme management; their knowledge, experience and passion sets them apart from the rest!

THE ROLE

Due to on-going success within the business we are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Conference Producer to conduct in-depth research to determine the content for the conference agenda within the relevant sectors.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Market research to determine topic areas

* Programme development

* Researching and sourcing speakers

* Developing engaging content

* Working with the marketing team to define target audience and messages

* Assessing financial feasibility of events

* Supporting the operations team with any logistical aspects

* Acting as a key point of contact onsite when required

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have solid experience of conference production along with strong commercial acumen. You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be used to managing multiple projects independently as well as working in a team.
