THE ROLE
A fantastic position has now become available for a Conference Producer to be responsible for researching, producing and delivering leading B2B industry events predominantly in the US. This is a multi-faceted role that includes:
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a conference organiser, association or similar event environment. The role calls for a client facing individual who has at least 2 years' experience in conference production, as well as strong commercial acumen.

- Researching and producing content-led programmes
- Acquiring world-class speakers for in-person and virtual events
- Conducting calls with key players in the industry via phone, email and face-to-face to identify and understand market trends and developments
- Creating an engaging agenda
- Sourcing and inviting industry specific speakers
- Writing clear, concise and persuasive copy for the event marketing campaign
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Project management of event elements
