As a Marketing & Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing & Comms Manager in executing internal and external marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, writing compelling copy about hotels and destinations globally, processing campaign data, and managing our internal social media channels. Collaborating closely with our design suppliers, you'll ensure all print and digital collateral align with our brand guidelines.
Duties will include:
- Collaborate with design suppliers to create branded collateral for events, including signage,
merchandise, and digital assets.
- Ensure creative elements adhere to brand guidelines.
- Develop content for event websites and apps.
- Write copy and source images for email campaigns.
- Manage our social media presence, including scheduling and writing posts.
- Assist in large email campaigns and proposal writing.
- Handle budget management for designated elements.
