With a broad range of services covering live and virtual events production, communication programmes, film production and interactive media as well as brand and corporate visual identity they work globally across the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. With an expansive and growing client list they work across a range of projects covering strategy, digital content, creative concept writing and campaign development, producing and delivering events including exhibitions, launch events, roadshows and award ceremonies to name a few.

Having undergone a recent corporate rebrand, coupled with significant growth at the start of the year they are also have capabilities to deliver bespoke virtual events to their high profile clients.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth there is now a requirement for a Digital Project Coordinator to come on board. A broad role responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with internal teams including digital teams and producers
  • Working closely with third party suppliers including obtaining quotes
  • Supporting with content management
  • Ensuring digital content is in line with brand values and in scope of the project
  • Supporting with scheduling

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should ideally have experience of working with digital content from a project management capacity, be that as part of a live event or marketing campaign or as a stand alone piece. Experience of working within an agency would be highly desirable but more importantly is the drive and enthusiasm to join this leading agency and really progress your career. A basic understanding of digital / technical skills, such as coding, CMS, LMS systems would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role as all training will be given!
