OXFORDSHIRE / HYBRID WORKING!!!! The opportunity to join a fantastic agency and take the lead on some exciting events and accounts!
THE COMPANY
For the past 30 years this boutique agency has been bringing projects to life through promotional marketing and corporate events for a broad range of industries such as automotive, travel, finance and marketing communications.
Handling a range of events from product launches, roadshows, award ceremonies, incentives and conferences throughout the UK, this agency keeps going from strength to strength.
THE ROLE
Due to a volume of new business wins and a busy events calendar there is now an opportunity for an experienced individual to come on board and manage a number of accounts, as well as being responsible for the delivery across these. Your key duties will include:
- Account and client management
Taking initial briefs directly from the client
Producing event proposals
Developing the overall schedule of activities
Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships
Creating and managing budget's
Working with internal teams
Full end to end logistics
Supplier management and negotiation
Onsite support
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have a proven background in the end to end management of events as well as strong client facing skills. Any experience of creating proposals and pitching for business would be an added benefit, as would experience of working with automotive clients. Agency experience would be preferred but other backgrounds will also be considered.
