THE COMPANY

Starting in 2006, this highly collaborative and dynamic company initially specialised in lighting but has now expanded to all areas of production: sound, staging, design, video, and project management - working on a broad range of high end events at prestigious venues across London.

THE ROLE

Working closely within a tight-knit team, the Event Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis as well as supporting across events, with responsibilities including:

Handling general administrative tasks
Providing ad-hoc support to the team
Financial administration including invoicing
Booking crew and managing crew logistics
Project administration
Supporting Production Managers as required
Liaising with venues and external contractors
Running the company website and social media
Assisting with events and meetings
Liaising with external contractors
Answering inbound calls
Diary management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will require strong administrative skills as well as excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organised and manage time effectively and flexibly. You will be passionate about supporting the team to deliver technically demanding and exciting events.
