With a growing client base and a passionate team there has never been a better time for an Event Consultant to join their close-knit team!

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Consultant to join their team. This role covers every element of Event Management, from taking the initial client brief through to picking the right menu, dealing with itineraries and really bringing the event to life! You will have the opportunity to work with lavish suppliers, 5-star venues and big budgets, so there really are no restrictions!

This is a broad role where the Event Consultants responsibilities will include:

-          Main point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors

-          Taking the initial brief and working with the client throughout

-          Delivering multiple projects simultaneously

-          Working closely with the wider team

-          Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders

-          Creating event lists, itineraries and schedules

-          Managing event logistics (flights/accommodation etc)

-          Preparing invitations, name badges and event collateral

The Candidate

Candidates will ideally have some event planning experience, whether that be for an exhibition organiser agency or an event agency, delivering events. It is very important that you are enthusiastic and a people-person, as it is a client facing role which requires a good energy! This is a fantastic opportunity for an Event Consultant, looking to really grow in the events industry!
