THE COMPANY

With a close knit and dedicated team with an established and loyal client base, this company specialise in providing unique services to weddings and parties with a focus on music and DJ's - this is an opportunity where you are sure to be joining an events company where everyone works together and are rewarded for their hard work and commitment!

THE ROLE

This company are now looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team, working across a vast array of weddings and private parties. Responsibilities of this position will include;

* Taking briefs from clients
* Understand Google work suite (MAC & Google)
* Sourcing DJ's and putting together playlists
* Working with various genres/artists depending on the brief
* Attending live events
* Creating proposals
* Negotiating costs ensuring they are in line with budgets
* Liaising with external suppliers
* Reconciling budgets
* Being onsite to continue the management of the event

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come from an events background and have a passion for music and the industry! This role would also suit someone who is looking to step up and take on a role within the events industry and is organised. Candidates must have strong organisational skills and an understanding of Google Work Suite.
