The company are now looking for a Project Executive to come on board to join their leading events team. Working closely with Project Managers you will support across all areas of event delivery with responsibilities including:
- Supporting with research for proposal development including obtaining quotes
- Working closely with internal teams including guest management to ensure delegate communications
- Preparing all onsite materials including event documentation
- Liaising with suppliers
- Ensuring timescales of projects are recorded and communicated
- Supporting with logistics including managing and booking hotel rooms and transfers
- End to end management of smaller projects (with support)
- Budget management including cost tracking
- Onsite support
- Putting together ground programmes where necessary
Candidates must have a passion and enthusiasm for events, ideally coupled with hands on practical experience in the sector. Any exposure to working on corporate events including conferences would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be confident with Microsoft Office applications and have excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail is key and any experience of database management would be advantageous.
