THE COMPANY

Well established in the industry, this PR and events agency have developed a brilliant client base of globally recognised automotive, motorsport and luxury brands. The events span across the UK and overseas and include press launches, product launches, ride and drives and conferences to name a few!

Due to on-going success, there is now the opportunity to become part of their Midlands team as an Event Executive. This is a fabulous opportunity to join an established agency and support Project Managers in delivering international auto projects.

THE ROLE

As Event Executive, you will be client facing and support across the board from the initial event concept through to assisting on-site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Project Managers across a board range of events

• Pitch support

• Venue sourcing

• Delegate registration

• Supplier liaison

• Travel and accommodation logistics

• Ad hoc duties including database management

• On-site support

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have an understanding of events and have worked in a supportive capacity previously.

Any additional exposure of working within the automotive industry will also be beneficial although is not essential.

Candidates will need to be organised and have excellent attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills. Most importantly however is a passion for events and a desire to work within the industry!
