THE ROLE

The company are now looking to hire an Event Executive to support across all areas of event delivery. Duties will include

• Supporting the Senior Project Managers in the planning and delivery of events
• Growing relationships with clients
• Managing delegate inboxes
• Responding to delegate queries
• Liaising with suppliers
• Creating rooming lists and transfer schedules
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Sourcing suitable venues
• Attending FAM trips
• International travel
• Onsite delivery of events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in an events related role (preferably 6-12 months minimum) and will understand the life cycle of delivering an event. You will be a team player with a strong desire to progress and grow within a small organisation. The use of event technology software such as Cvent would be advantageous.
