THE ROLE

Due to continued success there is now an exciting opportunity for an Event Executive to come on board and join their close-knit and dedicated team. A broad role; responsibilities will include:

*Assisting the team on a variety of events across the year
*Venue sourcing and supporting with information for proposals
*Dealing with delegate enquiries and communication
*Registering delegates pre-event and onsite (using Cvent)
*Booking travel and accommodation when necessary
*Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
*Managing smaller projects from end to end
*Assisting with general administrative duties
*Supporting with budgets and cost tracking
*Acting as part of the onsite delivery team

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for passionate and ambitious candidates with strong administrative skills, attention to detail and a good grasp on the events industry. Experience of delegate management/registration (Cvent in particular), venue sourcing or general event support would be an added benefit. Candidates must be open to frequent international travel as you will be required to go onsite to manage the events.
