THE ROLE
They are currently looking for an Events Executive to join on a temporary basis to support the Event Manager with delivering a range of events on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities will include:
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus experience within the events industry, good judgment and be able to hit the ground running when it comes to end-to-end coordination of projects. Any experience working within an academic or membership association would be beneficial but is not required.

- End to end project management of small events
- Speaker liaison
- Taking initiative and problem solving
- Supporting with event delivery for both live and virtual events
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Managing online software for delegate registrations
- Managing delegate enquiries
- On-site event delivery
- Producing promotional material for existing members
- Dealing with field professionals and external stakeholders
