THE ROLE

Due to business growth and team expansion, an exciting position has become available for an Event Executive to come on board and support in the operational planning of events. Working directly alongside the Head of Events, you will get the opportunity to learn from the best in the business!

This is a broad role that includes duties such as:

* Supporting on a vast array of corporate events
* Managing virtual and hybrid elements of events
* Working closely with internal teams
* Liaising with clients, speakers and delegates
* Supporting with budget management
* Booking travel and accommodation
* Delegate management
* Venue sourcing
* Providing onsite assistance

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have clear experience of supporting events, ideally from within an event agency, conference/exhibition organiser or association background. Most importantly, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude and remain calm under pressure. Event management graduates will be considered!
