Focused predominantly in sectors including pharmaceutical and technology, events range from product launches, symposiums, award ceremonies to advisory boards, investigator meetings, conferences and everything in between!

They have invested heavily in their team and now have in house expertise across creative, production and event management which can create and deliver each event from the initial idea through to on site. They are a close-knit team where every opinion is valued and every team member empowered and developed to their potential - like minded people delivering complex and innovative events and enjoying every moment!

THE ROLE

With all of this activity there is now the opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to join their team and take the lead across a wide range of large scale international events.

In a boutique agency like this no two days are the same and the responsibilities are broad, but generally include

Managing a wide range of events throughout the year
Initial brief taking and proposal writing
Managing full logistics including delegate management and registration as well as travel and accommodation booking
Account management and development
Liaising with external production agencies and suppliers, as well as internal teams
Budget management and reconciliation
On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events from end to end including full logistics and budget management, with agency experience being highly desirable. The ability to manage and develop relationships is key but just as importantly we are looking for candidates with the ambition and motivation to take on this pivotal role within a growing agency!
