The Role

The Event Manager will be responsible for managing the events portfolio from start to finish and have the ability to work well with teams and various different clients. You will predominantly be planning and executing networking events, seminars, training programmes and exclusive events for the companies’ members, across the UK

Your day-to-day duties will be:

  • Managing the end-to-end logistics for successful events across all platforms

  • Working closely with venues, speakers, suppliers and the internal team       

  • Managing budgets and negotiating prices with venues

  • Developing good working relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Maintain close liaison with internal teams and being collaborative.

  • Coming up with creative ideas and concepts for events

  • Communicating with attendants and sending out event reminders

  • Attending the events and greeting guests on the day

The Candidate

The ideal Event Manager will have the ability to work well as part of a team as well as being independent and making key decisions to benefit the business and the events. You must have some experience working within events and have UK driving licence as there will be occasions where you will need to be present on site or attend client meetings.
