THE COMPANY
An opportunity to join an award-winning content marketing agency working with market leading B2B clients has arisen. This company pride themselves in helping clients engage, influence and educate their audiences via a variety of live events, digital and print content channels. They currently stage a large number of events each year (with more planned) including conferences, exhibitions, awards schemes and virtual events that enable their clients to connect with their customers/members in person by bringing their brands to life.
THE ROLE
Due to business growth and team expansion, an exciting position has become available for an Event Manager to come on board and operationally plan and deliver a range of events with a variety of clients.
This is a broad role that includes duties such as:
End to end event management
Creating event timelines and managing deadlines
Managing virtual and hybrid elements of events
Working closely with internal teams
Liaising with clients, speakers and delegates
Budget management
Obtaining and managing subvention/council grants
Delegate management
Supporting junior team members
Venue sourcing
Onsite management
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates will need to have clear experience of managing events from end to end, as well as managing client communications. The ideal candidate will have an event agency, conference/exhibition organiser or association background.
