THE ROLE

Due to company growth and expansion there is now the opportunity for an Event Manager to come on board to manage the end to end delivery of physical events for the European & US markets.

This is a broad role that includes:

• Managing all logistics around events from end to end
• Manage, train and develop a small team of Event Coordinators
• Communication with speakers, sponsors and delegates
• Budget management
• Sourcing, negotiating and managing external suppliers
• Booking flights & accommodation
• Creating event schedules and running orders
• Work closely with internal teams
• Managing on site event delivery

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous event management experience ideally gained from an event organiser or similar. Experience managing end to end conferences is essential. This role would be perfect for an existing Event Manager or an Event Executive ready to make the next step up!
