Part of a large (and growing) international company they are renowned for delivering some of the most imaginative experiential events, exhibitions and brand experience events. Being responsible for creating and delivering their own portfolio they are also responsible for the management and delivery of a unique range of events including film premiers, experiential campaigns, launch events and music events for a broad range of brands!

THE ROLE

As Event Manager you will take the lead on projects from initial concept and idea generation through to overall delivery. With a strong focus on the development of creative event concepts the role is broad and includes:

-Managing a range of events from initial concept and idea creation
-Working with commercial brands and media partners
-Preparing and managing project timelines
-Overseeing the operational delivery of varied event projects
-Coordinating closely with third party supplies
-Working with internal teams including marketing
-Implementing H&S, including risk assessments for all events
-Budget management and reconciliation including financial reporting
-Management and development of a small team

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have experience in managing and delivering a range of events from within an event agency background. Candidates must be client facing and have experience of developing creative event concepts and implementing delivery.
